Terms of sale

Proxymis Multimedia · 03 20 31 92 29

Current scope

Proxymis Multimedia presents VisioVOD and receives enquiries. No sales or orders are currently accepted on visiovod.com. The form does not commit you to buy or commit Proxymis Multimedia to provide a service.

Free access and external costs

Browsing and submitting a project are free. A €0 software subscription does not make hosting, video delivery, payments or custom development free. Displayed screening prices and calculations are examples, not orders.

Possible future services

Any paid service would require a separate offer specifying scope, price and taxes, charges, payment arrangements, timing and contractual conditions. Submitting the form does not trigger any charge.

Before sales open

Terms appropriate to the offer and customer type, including applicable guarantees, withdrawal rights, complaints and consumer mediation information, must be provided before a contract is concluded. This page does not replace those terms for any future paid offer.
